  • New Assembly: Use 18650 power lithium battery cells only. A group of six cells must be balanced with matched resistance and capacitance so all cells share the same voltage before welding.
  • Battery Repair: Test the voltage at both ends of each existing cell. If voltages differ, charge each cell individually to an equal voltage level before proceeding.
  • Critical: Always confirm that every cell is at the same voltage level before soldering the PCB. Unbalanced cells can damage the circuit and compromise safety.
