Q: Which app do I use to set up and monitor this door and window sensor?
A: Download the Smart Life app (available on Google Play and the Apple App Store) to add and manage the sensor. If the device is not discoverable in Smart Life, you can alternatively use the eWeLink app paired with an eWeLink ZigBee Gateway Hub.
Q: How is the Zigbee door sensor installed?
A: Installation is tool-free and straightforward. Attach the main sensor body to the door or window frame and the magnetic piece to the moving door or window panel using the included double-sided adhesive tape. Screws can also be used for a more permanent mount. The two pieces should be within 15mm of each other when closed.
