How to Set Up the Tuya App
- Search for "Tuya Smart" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and install the app.
- Create a new account using your email address or mobile phone number and log in.
- In the app, tap "Add Device" and follow the on-screen instructions to connect the lock to your 2.4 GHz WiFi network.
- Once connected, manage access codes, monitor lock history, and share temporary codes — all from your smartphone, anywhere.
Note: The Tuya Smart platform currently supports 2.4 GHz WiFi only. Please ensure your router broadcasts a 2.4 GHz network before setup.
Door Type Installation Guide
- Frameless Glass Doors: Thickness 10–12 mm, door gap 5–10 mm. Drilling-free clamp installation.
- Wooden / Metal / Framed Glass Doors: Thickness 40–75 mm, door frame width ≥ 60 mm. A punch hole is required for this door type — select "Frame Door" when ordering.
