How to Connect via Cozylife App
- Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network and Bluetooth is enabled.
- Register and open the Cozylife App.
- Power on the switch — the LED will begin flashing, indicating it is ready to pair.
- Find the device in the app, enter your 2.4GHz WiFi password, and complete the connection.
- Explore features: timers, countdowns, and voice assistant integration.
- Note: The switch can only be removed/deleted from within the Cozylife App.
How to Pair / Unpair the RF 2.4G Remote
- The remote and switch are paired by default out of the box. One remote can control multiple switches; one switch can accept multiple remotes.
- One-to-one pairing: Power on the switch, then long-press the button on the switch until the LED flashes. Immediately long-press the remote button to complete pairing. (Alternatively, power on and long-press the remote within 5 seconds.)
- To unpair: Repeat the same pairing steps — the process toggles the pairing off.
Important: Only GGBEE-compatible RF 2.4G remotes can be paired with this switch. Remotes purchased from other brands or sellers cannot be matched.

A: No — this smart switch module requires a 2.4GHz WiFi network. It will not connect to 5GHz networks. Please ensure your router broadcasts a 2.4GHz band and that your phone is connected to it during setup.
Q: Can I use any RF remote control with this smart switch?
A: No. Only GGBEE-compatible RF 2.4G remote controls can be paired with this switch. Remotes from other brands or purchased elsewhere are not compatible. You can pair one remote to multiple switches, making it easy to manage your entire home.
Q: Does this smart switch work without an internet connection?
A: The Cozylife App and voice assistant features (Alexa, Google, etc.) require an active internet connection. However, if you have a paired GGBEE RF 2.4G remote, you can still control the switch locally without WiFi.
