How to Connect to the App (Quick Guide)
- Ensure your WiFi router broadcasts on 2.4GHz (not 5GHz).
- Download the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app and create an account. Enable WiFi and Bluetooth on your phone.
- Install the bulb and turn it on. If it is not flashing, toggle the power off–on five times until it blinks rapidly. In the app, tap Add Device, select the bulb, enter your WiFi password, and wait a few seconds for pairing to complete.
- Inside the app, link to Alexa, Google Home, or SmartThings to enable voice commands.
How to Pair the RF 2.4G Remote
- Make sure the bulb is already connected to the Tuya / Smart Life app.
- Toggle the bulb off then on again. Choose button A, B, C, or D on the remote, then long-press for 10 seconds until pairing is confirmed.
- Repeat for additional bulbs or groups using different buttons.
- To unpair, long-press the Power button and Brightness − button simultaneously for several seconds until the bulb flashes.
