How to Set Up the Master Card
- Step 1: Power off the module. Connect the S1 jumper cap to pins 2–3. Restore power — the green LED will flash three times.
- Step 2: Consecutively swipe two blank cards (the first becomes the "add card," the second becomes the "delete card"). The red LED will flash in short bursts to confirm.
- Step 3: Power off again. Reconnect the jumper cap to pins 1–2. Restore power. Master card setup is complete.
Adding & Removing Users
- Add a User: In standby mode, swipe the "Add Card," then swipe each user card to be enrolled, then swipe the "Add Card" again to exit.
- Delete a User: In standby mode, swipe the "Del Card," then swipe the user card(s) to remove, then swipe the "Del Card" again to exit.
- Delete All Users: In standby mode, swipe the "Del Card," then the "Add Card," then the "Del Card" again to exit.
Ideal Applications
- Residential apartment building intercom integration

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What types of RFID cards are compatible with the H2002D access control module?
A: The H2002D supports two card frequencies: 125KHz EM/ID cards and 13.56MHz IC cards. This dual-frequency design makes it compatible with a wide range of standard proximity credentials used in building intercom and door access systems.
Q: How many users can the RFID access control board store?
A: The H2002D embedded access control module can store up to 2,500 user credentials directly on the board without requiring an external server or software, making it ideal for medium-to-large residential and commercial installations.
Q: Can this module work as a standalone unit without a computer or network?
A: Yes. The H2002D is a fully standalone embedded module. All user management (adding, deleting, and clearing users) is performed using master cards and jumper settings directly on the board — no PC, internet connection, or management software is needed.
Q: What is the reading range of this RFID access control module?
A: The card read distance is 1 to 10 centimeters, enabling smooth and reliable contactless card detection for door entry and intercom access applications.
