- Handheld PDA (Optional): Download all room information at once and set each lock individually — great for large installations. Also reads door-opening records and upgrades firmware.
- Multistage Key Cards: Issue management cards, building cards, floor cards, cleaning cards, and room cards for granular access control.
- Card Loss Management: Instantly cancel a lost card and issue a replacement from the reception software.

A: This lock is compatible with T5557 cards and standard ID cards. For hotel IC card lock systems, T5557 or M1 cards can be used — the default is T5557. Cards can be plain white or custom-printed with your hotel's logo or information. Note that RF cards are not included with the lock and must be ordered separately.
Q: Does this RF card door lock require software to operate?
A: No software is required for basic home, apartment, or office use. Each lock ships with a Master Card and 3 user keyfob cards — you can add or remove user cards using the Master Card without any software. For full hotel deployments with check-in management, multi-floor access, and audit reporting, optional hotel management software and a card encoder are available.
Q: What door types and thicknesses does this keyless entry lock fit?
A: This lock is designed for wooden doors with a thickness between 36 mm and 60 mm. If your door already has pre-drilled holes, please contact us before ordering to confirm the mortise dimensions and side bar size are compatible.
Q: How long do the batteries last and what happens when they run out?
A: The lock runs on 4 × AA dry batteries (6V). With an ultra-low standby current of less than 25 μA, batteries last a very long time under normal use. The lock features a built-in low-voltage warning alert so you know when to replace batteries. Importantly, all lock settings and information are retained in memory even when the battery is fully depleted.
