- Card Encoder — required to issue guest room cards; supports multiple simultaneous encoders for multi-desk receptions.
- Handset PDA (optional but recommended) — pre-load room data from PC, then install locks one by one. Also syncs lock time, reads door-opening records, and upgrades lock firmware.
- RF Cards — T5577 or M1 cards (sold separately); default white card; custom printing with logo/hotel branding available.
