- TTLock App (Android 4.3+ / iOS 7.0+): Control your lock from anywhere via Bluetooth or remotely via TTLock Gateway (G2 or G3, sold separately).
- Fingerprint: Semiconductor fingerprint sensor with a <0.001% false acceptance rate and <1.0% rejection rate — stores up to 100 fingerprints and unlocks in just 1.5 seconds.
- Password: Supports 4–8 digit codes with Anti-Peeping Virtual Password technology (enter random digits before or after your real code to protect your combination). Stores up to 150 custom/permanent passwords and 150 dynamic passwords.
- RFID Smart Card: Compatible with MIFARE M1 cards — stores up to 200 IC cards.
- Bluetooth 4.1 BLE: Quick proximity unlock directly from your phone.
- Mechanical Key: 3 metal keys included for backup access.

A: Yes! The lock operates via Bluetooth 4.1 BLE for nearby unlocking without any internet connection. For full remote access (unlocking from anywhere via the TTLock app), you'll need a TTLock Gateway (G2 or G3), which connects the lock to your Wi-Fi network. The gateway is sold separately.
Q: What door types and thicknesses is this lock compatible with?
A: This smart lock fits steel, glass, wooden, brass, and stainless steel doors with a thickness of 30–60 mm. Standard included hardware supports up to 70 mm. If your door exceeds 70 mm, please contact us before placing your order — we'll customize the lock cylinder and screws accordingly.
Q: How secure is the fingerprint sensor?
A: The semiconductor fingerprint sensor has an industry-leading false acceptance rate (FAR) of <0.001%, meaning the chance of an unauthorized fingerprint being accepted is extremely low. The lock stores up to 100 fingerprints and unlocks in approximately 1.5 seconds for a seamless, secure experience.
Q: What happens if the batteries run out?
A: The lock will alert you with a low battery warning when voltage drops to 4.8V so you have time to replace the 4 alkaline batteries. In an emergency, you can also use the included metal key for mechanical access, ensuring you're never locked out.
Q: Can I grant temporary access to guests or service workers?
A: Absolutely. Through the TTLock app, you can generate and send temporary passcodes or eKeys remotely to guests, housekeepers, or contractors. These temporary credentials can be set with specific time limits, giving you complete control over who has access and when.
