Factory Reset

To reset the lock, press and hold the rear panel reset button for more than 5 seconds, or navigate to Settings → Factory Reset within the WeChat mini-program.

Normally Open Mode

By default, auto-lock is enabled. To disable it (normally open mode), press any key to wake the panel, then press 9#. To re-enable auto-lock, press 0#.
