How to Use
Setting Time (Short Press SET): The Nixie tube will blink to enter time-setting mode. Use the + and − buttons to adjust T1 and T2. Wait 5 seconds after your last adjustment — the module saves your settings automatically.
Setting Parameters (Long Press SET): Enters parameter mode. Two parameter groups are available:
- P0 — Selects timing unit: P0–0 = seconds (0–999s) | P0–1 = minutes (0–999min) | P0–2 = hours (0–999h)
-
P1 — Selects working mode:
- P1–0: Relay connects after T1 delay (one-shot delay-on)
- P1–1: Relay disconnects after T1 delay (one-shot delay-off)
- P1–2: Relay ON for T1, then OFF for T2 (single cycle, connect first)
- P1–3: Relay OFF for T1, then ON for T2 (single cycle, disconnect first)
- P1–4: Relay ON for T1, OFF for T2 — repeating cycle (connect-first loop)
- P1–5: Relay OFF for T1, ON for T2 — repeating cycle (disconnect-first loop)
Example: To run a 10-second ON / 20-second OFF cycle: set T1 = 10, T2 = 20, P0–0 (seconds), P1–5 (cyclic, disconnect-first).

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What timing units does this DC 12V digital timer relay module support?
A: The module supports three timing units — seconds, minutes, and hours — each with a range of 0 to 999. You can select the unit using parameter P0 (P0–0 for seconds, P0–1 for minutes, P0–2 for hours), making it suitable for both very short and very long timing sequences.
Q: Will my settings be lost if the power is cut?
A: No. The module features non-volatile memory storage. After you finish adjusting settings, simply wait 5–6 seconds and the data is saved automatically — your timing parameters will be retained even after a power cycle.
Q: Can this relay module be used for cyclic (repeating) timer applications?
A: Yes. Modes P1–4 and P1–5 provide continuous cyclic operation. The relay will alternate between ON and OFF states using your programmed T1 and T2 intervals indefinitely, making it perfect for irrigation systems, ventilation control, LED lighting cycles, and other automated repeating tasks.
Q: What is the maximum load this 20A timer relay module can handle?
A: The onboard relay is rated for up to 20A, allowing it to switch substantial electrical loads. Always ensure your wiring and connected devices are rated to match or exceed this current capacity, and follow local electrical codes and safety standards during installation.
