Operation Guide
- Connect the battery correctly — red wires are positive (+) and black wires are negative (−). Compatible with standard DC battery plugs, Deans (T-plug) connectors.
- Connect the motor output leads (red and black) to your 540-type brushed motor's corresponding terminals.
- Turn on the ESC power switch. The motor will emit a "beep." Then power on your transmitter. A "Do–Mi" tone sequence confirms the RC signal has been successfully linked.
- Important: When using a lithium battery pack, ensure the jumper/hat settings are correctly configured according to the battery type to prevent damage to the ESC.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is this 320A brushed ESC compatible with 3S lithium battery packs?
A: Yes! This ESC fully supports 3S lithium battery packs (7.4V–11.1V), as well as 4–6 cell NiMH and NiCd battery packs (4.8V–7.2V). Just make sure the jumper/hat settings on the ESC are configured to match your chosen battery type before use.
Q: Can I use this ESC for both RC cars and RC boats?
A: Absolutely. This brushed ESC is designed for use with both RC cars and RC boat models. Its waterproof function makes it particularly well-suited for aquatic applications, while the high 320A forward current handles the demands of high-performance RC vehicles on land as well.
Q: What type of motor is this ESC designed for?
A: This is a brushed motor ESC — it is specifically designed for use with brushed DC motors such as the common 540-type brushed motor used in many RC cars and boats. It is NOT compatible with brushless motors.
Q: Does this ESC include a BEC, and what does that mean for my RC setup?
A: Yes, it includes an integrated BEC (Battery Eliminator Circuit) outputting 5.6V at 2A. This means the ESC powers your RC receiver and steering servo directly from the main battery pack — eliminating the need for a separate receiver battery and simplifying your build.
