Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can this 125KHz RFID duplicator copy any access card or fob?
A: This programmer reads standard 125KHz EM4100 and TK4100 proximity cards and key fobs. It can then write the copied data onto blank writable 125KHz cards or fobs such as T5577, EM4305, CET5200, and EM4205. It does not work with 13.56MHz (HF/NFC) cards like Mifare Classic.
Q: Do I need a computer to use this RFID copier?
A: No — the device operates completely standalone using 2 × AAA batteries (not included). It also supports USB connection to a Windows PC (Plug & Play, no drivers needed) for additional functionality if required.
Q: How do I know if a card or fob has been successfully copied?
A: The built-in LED indicator lights and audible buzzer will signal a successful read or write operation, making it easy to confirm each duplication without needing a screen or software.
Q: What blank cards or key fobs should I buy to use with this programmer?
A: You will need blank 125KHz writable tokens. Compatible formats include T5577, CET5557, CET5200, 5200, EM4305, EM4205, and EN4305 cards or key fobs, which are widely available separately.
